James has worked across multiple disciplines within BTR operations over the last +6 years. He started with us as General Manager on Anaconda Cut, one of Manchester’s foremost BTR buildings, and comprising over 350 units. James went on to act as regional property manager across a portfolio of three BTR schemes, providing oversight to the onsite teams, driving performance, and assisting with the delivery of a unifying operational platform. More recently he has been supporting at our Neptune Wharf scheme in Deptford, acting as interim General Manager and conducting the operational mobilisation.

Prior to working in real estate, James was located in Florida and had a career in sports marketing with a specialism in utilising technological solutions and data analysis to drive brand loyalty and user experience.

James received a MMath (1st class Hons) degree in Mathematics from Durham University.
